Manage the operational activities of the stores/warehouses across the area while acquiring & maintaining a proper merchandise assortment through ordering, shipping and handling the logistics in a cost-efficient manner.
Checks, verifies, receives and issues materials to drilling/testing operations specifications as per the original requests.
Responsible for inventory management, audit creation and analysis, and training, as well as assisting in developing and maintaining inventory processes.
Analyze rig and warehouse inventory levels and provide recommendations for optimization.
Initiate inventory audits, including cycle counts and full physical inventory.
Schedule and perform accurate physical counts for reconciliation against the inventory system.

Conduct recurrent training for area rig-based/warehouse-based inventory personnel, as well as capital project teams.
To coordinate Logistics and Materials requirement – Materials and Equipment to be received and shipped to Onshore, Drilling and Project facilities / Installations.
Accepts direction and coordinates with Drilling Supervisor/Company man to ensure specifications of materials to be ordered and/or issued are accurate.
Prepared invoices, and documents pertaining to day to day expenses of the company while managing & maintaining its Order Processing functions and stock records.
Maintain timely MIS & database reflecting the trends & developments of the processing, transport facilitation, Shipment Clearance Report, Stock Reports, shortage/ damage reports, etc at shop floors levels for budgetary and strategic review to enhance the business of the company.
Negotiate & coordinate with transporters to ensure smooth and cost effective movement of consignment.
Accountable for ensuring the security of the store along with managing day to day operations of the store.
Responsible for routine operations of warehouse and distribution work and effective inventory control for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the production targets. Handling the entire domain of store keeping functions.
Involved in coordinating warehouse machinery like crane, forklift trucks & trailers.
Maintaining all machinery as per the company standards and requirements, using all the certified lifting gear, regular checks on the lifting gears.
Preparing all material transaction reports, preparing material consumption reports as per well wise for well costing purpose, preparing reports as per month and financial year wise for F & A and audit purpose.
Keeping all Loading Gear, Slings & shackles MPI & Load test Certificates & maintains database record of all Test Certificates & inspection schedules.
Saving the rig time by proper planning & coordination of materials.
Keeping timely records of Mobilization and De-Mobilization of contract/service providers.
Planning of layout of store room so that materials are easily identified and accessible.
Plan and manage optimum inventory levels of materials or inventory according to the desired specification.
Ensure supplier compliance with Company safety rules.
Co-ordination with administration department to get the necessary approvals / permits/ licenses for import and export goods.
