Responsibilities:
To perform piping integrity survey on piping under culvert as per API 570 requirement.
To verify LRUT examination and report.
To compile final report and to rise out recommendation as per API 570 code and standard.
To calculate piping remaining life as per API 570.
To give advice on piping technical specification.
To witness WQT, review WPS and monitor ITP during piping fabrication at workshop and tie in joint at site for piping revamp and rejuvenate.
To ensure all piping are constructed according to approved specification and
tested as per inspection test plan (ITP).
To carry out visual inspection on piping, tank and pressure vessel for maintenance/ shut down and inspection integrity programs based on client requirement.
To report any defects and non compliance activities based on code and standard.
Monitor repair work on welding and NDT in ensuring compile with client specification.
To witness NDT activities such as Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Red Dye Penetrant Inspection, Videoscopic Inspection,MFL examination and Hardness Testing for various assignment.
Assigned as Welding Inspector to monitor all welding activities before, during and after welding for several projects involved.
To witness welder qualification test (WQT), hydro testing, leak testing, post weld heat treatment (PWHT) and material verification.
To participate on preparation of final documentation, welding summary and filing of close-up reports in accordance to client reporting and documentation system.
To compile report presentation session to client representative upon completion of works and brief on inspection finding and raise of technical recommendation.
To monitor piping fabrication at workshop at tie in joint at site.
