Important Objects Developed:

Reports:

Ø  Developed an ALV report, which gives grand sales quantity total for a customer in the specified range. It also gives the totals for the individual sales orders. Used control break statements to calculate this.

Ø  Developed a report that facilitates the user to know the availability of a particular material in various storage locations.

Ø  Developed a report that shows the movement of stock between the factories and warehouses, the provision for freight is also created at the same time.

BDC:

Ø  Developed a BDC Program for creation of inbound delivery at FD03 Plant after the vehicle carrying the material from manufacturing plants using Session Method.

Ø  Developed a BDC Program to extract the data from legacy system to R/3 system for Vendor Master and customer master data using Session Method.

Sap Scripts and Smart Forms:

Ø  Modified SAP standard layout for Order Master Data (CO_ORDER_ALL) as per the client requirement.

Ø  User will enter material numbers and the report, published in SmartForms will show storage of the material in all the plants. The information to be displayed are:- Plant, Storage Location, Quantity, Value and Material Document number. The columnar information should be displayed grouping by material. If the quantity stored is greater than 100, an indicator ‘HI’ should be displayed for the line, else’LO’ should be tagged with the storing information.

ALE / IDOC Programming

Involved in creating Distribution Model, Message type and generated Partner Profile

Ø  Configured ALE for distributed SAP-systems

Ø  Configuration of IDOC’s for automatic transfer.

Ø  Processing and Monitoring IDOC’s for error‘s and inconsistencies.

Reports:

Ø  Created a Vendor Performance Report, which lists the vendor name, materials supplied Planned and Actual Delivery Times, payment terms and Price. Also includes Material Number, Storage Location and Unit of Measurement and description with group totals. Data extracted from MARA, MARC, MARD, MAKT, EKPO, MKPF, MSEG and LFA1.

Ø  Created a report to display Production Order Quantity Change Daily Checklist.

Ø  Program to read and display payroll analysis for a given Personnel Number and for a specified period.

Ø  Developed Sales Order Status Reports. Created Interactive reports to call different transactions from Basic list.

BDCs:

Ø  Material Master Conversion (MM).  This inbound interface transferred the Legacy system material data to SAP through MM01 transaction.

Ø  Vendor Master Conversion (MM).  This conversion created vendor master records in SAP using transaction XK01.

SAP Scripts:

Ø  Modified Layout set for Purchase Order (MEDRUCK) using Existing Standard Script Layout set and modified the Print Program to include logo, contact person details like the email id of the buyer, various texts etc.

Ø  Worked on the SAP-Script layout sets in MM modules. The document modified were layout RVINVOICE01 as per the client’s requirements.

Ø  Developed a BDC program for Sales Orders that updated records in the sales order screen or will create new sales orders depending on the source data file from external systems using VA01 and VA02 transactions.

Ø  Created a Report to display a list of Purchase Requisitions with details like MRP Controller, Release Date and Unit of Measure along with standard details.

Modified System defined Layout set RVORDERS01 as per the client requirement.

Ø  Created a report to show Item Information  for approval of PO.

Ø  Developed smartform for Item Information sheet for approval of PO.

Ø  Created a report for Purchase Requisition Item  wise Purchase Order Details.

Ø  Created a report to show the Material Status.

Ø  Uploaded Material long text using LSMW.

Ø  Developed an inbound interface using LSMW for uploading the customer master change details for a given Customer, Sales organization, Distribution channel, Division and Company code from the flat file.
