Project Progress Tracking and Follow up
Highlighting the Project Status using MS Project
New vendor Development, Loading Appropriate components, Rate Calculation & Negotiation, Expediting, monitoring & review at various vendor premises, Coordinating for commercial terms & Transportation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Preparation of schedule of Projects (Level 1, L2 & L3...) by using MS Project.
Control and monitoring periodically for completion of Project.
Identifying the issues of Projects during execution and highlighting the issues to the concerned.
Identifying critical activities which need special action plans and highlighting them to superiors during execution of project.
Monitoring progress of all projects activities & preparation of revised schedules according to progress achieved.
Monthly Project Progress report.
Create major projects progress S curves.
Hands on experience in computers & ERP. MS Projects and preparation of various MIS documents.
Able to monitor Project using Primavera.
Preparations of detailed work plan based on the project objectives and contractual specifications and develop a schedule using MS-Project.
Distribution of plan to all other departments and call for a kick of meeting to finalize the milestones for the project.
Preparation of procurement list for the project and forward it to purchase department to procure the material.
Distribution of drawing and technical informations & Quality requirements to production and Quality department to know the requirements of the customer.
Distribution of Final plan approval by all departments to the concern projects individual.
Monitoring the Plan based on the Customer priority and prepare the Weekly, Monthly reports to monitoring the project.
Co-ordinating with various departments and solving issues during the completion of project.
Co-ordination with E&C department both at office and at the site for completion of project & site fabrication with agreed performance parameters.
After the readiness inform to the customer and prepare the packing list to customer for dispatch.
