Emphasize is on conducting the projects execution subject to budget, schedule and quality, in respect of best project management practices. The position embraces the whole project lifecycle from project initial screening, feasibility, economic evaluation, conceptual design, detailed feasibility, FEED, EPC, operations and management; it specializes in technical areas, although it coordinates with all other functional areas.
Prepared and reviewed scoping papers, PFDs, H&MB and P&IDs, BEDD documents, simulation models, process calculations and process and project specifications for equipment items including vessels and internals, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, instruments & control valves, relief valves and preparation of commissioning and operating manuals as required.
Excellent experience in designing, commissioning and technical operational support to gas and oil processing facilities and oil refineries including Gas dehydration, condensate stabilization, NGL processing, De-Ethanizer, De-Propanizer, De-Butanizer, cryogenic separation (turbo-expander and refrigeration), low temp separation (LTS), Crude fractionation, Crude Desalter/Dehydration, CDU, Naphtha splitter and stabilization of other products, Dehydration techniques (Glycol absorption, molecular sieves beds, membrane technology), Sulfur recovery system, Naphtha and Diesel Hydro treating processes.
